UAE Orders
- Return/Exchange Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Trovea will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or exchange.
- Size Issues: Since detailed size charts are provided for each product, returns due to size are allowed, but the customer will cover the pickup/return shipping fee.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your choice.
GCC & International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside the UAE, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or wrong items, Trovea will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your Trovea account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return and click Request a Return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the pickup, and the courier company will contact you directly.
