Refund and Returns Policy

At Trovea, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange terms below.
 

UAE Orders

  • Return/Exchange Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Trovea will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or exchange.
  • Size Issues: Since detailed size charts are provided for each product, returns due to size are allowed, but the customer will cover the pickup/return shipping fee.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your choice.
 

GCC & International Orders

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside the UAE, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or wrong items, Trovea will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
 

How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your Trovea account and go to My Orders.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click Request a Return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the pickup, and the courier company will contact you directly.
